THE ORGANISATION

Who Are We?

Situational Training was originally formed in 1981 to:

promote "people productivity"

through good training practice using Transactional Analysis (TA) to promote self-awareness as a pre-requisite for motivated learning.  Call us to know more.

Since then over 4000 Managers and Staff have benefited from tailored programmes across all aspects of Industry, Commerce and Public Services.

All these developments have been based on the single premise that an organisation's continuous success is dependent on its ability to develop and retain its greatest asset, its people to meet and exceed its business objectives. 

In this century, more than ever before, there is the need to combine Training and Technology with continuous individual learning outcomes.

Our success has been based on individual development, using teambuilding and self-awareness training to enable individuals to recognise their own potential.
